Step into the shadowy world of "Vox Regis," a dark political strategy game by Sheepolution, where your only weapon as king is your commanding voice. The kingdom is on the brink—famine, plague, taxes, war—the people are desperate for answers. But instead of solutions, you simply point the finger at the "guilty."
Each turn, new grievances erupt: "No food!", "Plague!", "Bandits!" You must single out one of the swelling factions—Revolutionaries, the Church, Merchants, or Peasants—and thunderously proclaim, "They are to blame!" The infuriated mob instantly descends upon the accused, and whether the crowd succeeds or fails, the only thing that matters is the dwindling numbers of each group. Should any faction swell to 13 members, revolution erupts, your throne crumbles, and it's game over.
As problems mount and public patience wears thin, "Vox Regis" challenges you to walk a razor’s edge: blame one group too much, and the others will silently unite to overthrow you. Carefully ignite conflicts, pit factions against each other, and pray you can outlast 30 rounds of kingdom chaos—surviving, not solving, each disaster.
Minimalist design, biting black humor, and the suffocating paranoia of medieval intrigue await. Each session is 10–15 minutes of pure, unfiltered cynicism.
